These Terms govern your use of the Twinn website, wearable devices, and related services.
By purchasing or using a Twinn wearable, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
2. Product Use
Twinn payment rings and wearables:
- Use tokenised payment technology
- Require a supported bank or issuer
- Do not store your full card details
- Do not hold or manage your funds
Twinn is not a bank or financial institution.
3. Activation & Bank Linking
Activation requires:
- A compatible smartphone
- The Twinn app
- A supported bank or issuer
If your bank card works with contactless payments, Twinn works the same way once linked.
4. Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your wearable secure
- Reporting lost or stolen devices
- Unlinking your card before resale or return
5. Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
6. Returns & Warranty
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
The 90-Day Guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from twinn.me.
7. Limitation of Liability
Twinn is not responsible for:
- Bank declines
- Unsupported cards
- Merchant terminal issues
- Third-party payment processing errors
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
