If it’s not right for you, we offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your Twinn wearable within 90 days provided that:

• The wearable is in good condition
• The product is fully functional
• All original packaging is included
• The card has been removed from the wearable in the Twinn app

We reserve the right to refuse returns where the product has been damaged through misuse.


Before Returning Your Wearable

If you added a card:

  1. Open the Twinn app

  2. Select your wearable

  3. Choose Remove Card

If the wearable is still linked to your account:

  1. Go to Settings (cog icon)

  2. Select Remove Wearable

This ensures the wearable can be safely reset.

We recommend:

• Using tracked delivery

• Adding your return address to the parcel

Twinn cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

If you require a different size or style:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue an exchange code so you can reorder the correct item.


Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
