When it comes to linking your card to your wearable, we recommend the following guidelines for Apple iOS devices, we have tested this, and found that this works the best, giving you the use of your hands.

Place your iPhone flat on a table ensuring that you can still look over your phone to unlock apps that use face ID.

Please place the ring or bracelet bead (with the engraving touching the screen, not pointing up or to the side) at the top left or top right of your iPhone ensuring the wearable ever so slightly hangs over the top of the phone. Please ensure it’s not placed in the middle of your phone as this will only block your camera and annoy you when you’re trying to open any other apps that use face ID.
