What You’ll Need
• An iPhone with NFC enabled
• The Twinn app installed
• Your Twinn payment ring
• A supported bank card
Step-by-Step Setup
1️⃣ Download the Twinn App
Search “Twinn” in the App Store and install the app.
2️⃣ Open the App & Create an Account
Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in or create your account.
3️⃣ Add Your Payment Card
Enter your card details or select your supported banking partner.
Twinn uses secure tokenisation — your actual card number is never stored on the ring.
4️⃣ Tap Your Ring to Your iPhone
Hold your ring flat against the top of your iPhone when prompted.
You’ll feel a confirmation once the secure connection is complete.
5️⃣ Activation Complete
Your Twinn ring is now ready to use anywhere contactless payments are accepted.
How It Works
Your ring doesn’t connect to your phone via Bluetooth.
It securely connects to your bank using tokenisation — the same system used by Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If your bank card works contactless, Twinn works the same way.
