Twinn cannot be held responsible for any favourable / unfavourable currency fluctuations incurred by customers as a result of gift card value conversions using the live exchange rate.

• Gift cards are not redeemable in physical stores
• The term 'gift card' refers to a digital product, no physical card will be provided
