Collection: Supported Banks

What bank account can i connect to use my lovely new Twinn Wearable?

At Twinn, we live and breathe creating gorgeous payment wearables. But we’re not a bank—and we don’t want to be one!

In the past, getting a payment wearable often meant applying for yet another prepaid account and constantly topping it up. That’s way too much faff, if you ask us.

So, we found a smarter, more secure way to make it all work and we are starting by partnering with Curve, which is available to use right now.

Already a Curve user?

Then you, my friend, are good to go! Just download the Twinn App from your app store of choice, follow the super simple steps to wake up your ring, and link it to your Curve card. Your shiny new Twinn wearable will work just like your Curve card—same smart features, same wallet of cards, same clever rules you’ve already set up.

Not using Curve? Don’t worry—more options are on the way.
While Curve is our launch partner, we’re working hard behind the scenes to bring support for more digital wallets and card issuers very soon.

 Stay tuned!

What if I'm already a Samsung Pay+ powered by Curve customer?

At the moment, due to some technical limitations outside of Twinn’s control, existing Samsung Pay+ powered by Curve accounts aren’t yet compatible with our fab Twinn wearables. We know—that’s a bit of a downer, and we’re really sorry! But we’re actively working on it and hope to have some good news to share soon.

How does SCA work with my Curve Card?

Curve supports Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to keep your payments—and your wearable—secure. Once you’ve made a single contactless payment of £100 or more, or your total contactless payments reach £300, your next tap will be declined. You’ll then need to use your physical Curve card with Chip and PIN or biometric validation to reset the limit.
SCA thresholds can vary by country, so check the full list here.

So how does Curve work then?

Once you’ve downloaded the Curve app (iOS or Android) and activated your account, you can start adding your debit and credit cards into your digital Curve Wallet. Depending on your Curve membership, you can add up to 5 cards—and your Curve card becomes the smart interface for all of them.

Link your Curve card to your Twinn wearable, and voilà! You can pay from any of your cards with just one stylish tap.

The best part? The Curve app gives you full control over your Twinn wearable and your spending. You can:

  • Instantly switch your default payment card
  • Use Go Back in Time® to move payments between cards
  • Set up Smart Rules to automate spending
  • Enjoy competitive foreign transaction fees
  • Earn Curve cashback on top of your usual card rewards

All that, with Curve available now—and more digital wallets and card issuers coming soon as we expand our support.

Curve = Maximum rewards, minimal faff, and ultimate flexibility.

Of course, there are always some terms and conditions, so make sure you click here to find out more.

What do I use the Curve app for?

Basically? All the good stuff we’ve been talking about! The Curve app is your control centre for managing your Curve account—and by extension, your Twinn wearable.

With the app, you can:

  • Add or remove your bank cards
  • View your Curve Cash rewards
  • Manage your personal details
  • Check your bank account balances
  • Upload loyalty cards for a one-stop-shop
  • Explore the My Money section for insights into your spending across all your linked accounts

It’s all about giving you smart, simple control—without the faff.

Do I need an existing bank or card account to use Curve?

You sure do, my friend! But here’s the beauty of it: you don’t need to open a new account just to use your Twinn wearable. Curve connects to your existing debit and credit cards, so you can manage everything in one place—no extra admin, no credit checks, no hassle.

Do I get a real Curve card too?

Absolutely! And even better—it’s free with your Twinn wearable purchase.
We’ll pop your physical Curve card in the post shortly after you order, but in the meantime, you can start spending straight away with your Twinn wearable and access your card details securely in the app.

Who is Curve, and why does Twinn cover the Curve Standard delivery cost?

We’re glad you asked! We want your Twinn experience to be as smooth as possible, so we automatically discount the delivery cost of the Curve Standard card from your order total. It’s our way of saying thanks for joining the Twinn community.
